Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Free from odors, stains, or damage

Important Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sleeping bags, sleeping pads, biwak sacks, or down-filled products unless they arrive defective. These items are marked as “final sale” in their product descriptions.

Return Shipping
