We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping – $12.95

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Best for when you need your gear quickly
Free Shipping
- Available on orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Great for budget-conscious adventurers
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We stand behind our outdoor gear like a sturdy tent in a storm. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags and packaging
- Free from odors, stains, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they arrive defective (these are marked as “final sale”):
- Sleeping Bags (all types including Down Sleeping Bags and Synthetik Sleeping Bags)
- Sleeping Pads
- Biwak Sacks
- Down-filled products
- Clearance items marked “final sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps like setting up camp:
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our gear experts will review your request within 2 business days
- Pack Securely – Once approved, repackage items with original packaging
- Ship Back – Send to our return center at: 3417 Cecil Street, Arlington Heights, US 60005
- Receive Refund/Exchange – See details below
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after inspection
- Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and new shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping and any customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD
- Processing may take additional time for international transactions
